Cancellation Policy

At Jess Jane Nutrition, I understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so I can offer your time slot to another client.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full consultation fee.

If you're running late, please let me know. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, and no time extensions can be guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can receive a full refund or transfer your session to a new time.

If you're unwell or unable to attend due to an emergency, please email me as soon as possible at hello@jessjanenutrition.com. I understand that unexpected things happen and will do my best to accommodate you where appropriate.
